6/10 Managing Transitions: A Values Based Approach that Produces Extraordinary Results

Throughout our lives we experience many transitions both personally and professionally. Some are anticipated and, in today’s world filled with complexities, some are not. When it comes to making transitions, we are faced with choices. Manage the transition proactively and experience success? Let the transition happen and deal with the consequences? Which choice do you want to make? Dr. Jennifer Goldman, founder of the Alignment Strategies Group, will give you a framework for making choices. This framework can help you align personal values with decision related to managing transitions to produce extraordinary results for yourself and others. Dr. Goldman, using the CIVIC framework, will help you recognize that you already possess the capacity to manage transitions. With her insights, you will learn how to tap into the source of wisdom within and to act on it. With this you can experience truly revolutionary change and manage your transition successfully.

Come to this powerful session designed to help you:

  • gain a better understanding of the complexity of situations and the potential long-term consequences of your actions
  • appreciate the interconnectedness between you and those around you
  • clarify your values and what you truly want
  • imagine, and communicate, a vision of a better future
  • and commit to acting courageously, all of which help you manage your transition effectively.
